Spero Anargyros at his studio in 1998 with the Dr. Linus Pauling Bronze Portrait Bust he created. Dr. Pauling won the Nobel Prize for Chemistry (1954). The bust was unveiled at an exhibit at the Herbst International Exhibition Hall, San Francisco, in 1998. A second cast of Dr. Pauling is installed at the Dr. and Mrs. Linus Pauling Hall at Soka University in Orange County, California. A third cast is installed at the Linus Pauling Institute, University of Oregon and a fourth in Munich, Germany.
