Spero Anargyros is pictured here with The Hills Bros. Coffee Drinker, the nine-foot-tall, bronze statue he completed in 1992. Considered the company's icon, the statue is located in an open-air courtyard adjacent to the original 1926 Hills Bros. Coffee Co. factory at #2 Harrison St. in San Francisco.
